These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our meals.

1. About Us

Sumptuous Frozen Meals is a family‑run business providing handmade frozen meals for delivery within our service area.

2. Ordering

• Orders can be placed through our online form or by contacting us directly.

• You must provide a valid email address so we can confirm your order (if order made online)

• Orders are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Payment

• Payment is taken upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• We do not store or process payment card details on our website.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within our defined service area (see Delivery Policy).

• Delivery times are agreed individually and may vary based on location and availability.

• If you are not home at the agreed time, we may need to rearrange delivery.

5. Food Handling

• Meals must be stored in a freezer upon delivery.

• Heating instructions are provided with each meal.

• We are not responsible for meals that are improperly stored after delivery.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may still be charged if food has already been prepared.

• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
