These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our meals.
1. About Us
Sumptuous Frozen Meals is a family‑run business providing handmade frozen meals for delivery within our service area.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our online form or by contacting us directly.
You must provide a valid email address so we can confirm your order (if order made online)
Orders are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
3. Payment
Payment is taken upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
We do not store or process payment card details on our website.
4. Delivery
We deliver within our defined service area (see Delivery Policy).
Delivery times are agreed individually and may vary based on location and availability.
If you are not home at the agreed time, we may need to rearrange delivery.
5. Food Handling
Meals must be stored in a freezer upon delivery.
Heating instructions are provided with each meal.
We are not responsible for meals that are improperly stored after delivery.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery.
Cancellations within 24 hours may still be charged if food has already been prepared.
