1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The wrong item was delivered
A meal arrives damaged or unsafe to eat
There is a clear issue with quality
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. What We Cannot Refund
We cannot offer refunds for:
Meals that were stored incorrectly after delivery
Change of mind after the meal has been delivered
Meals left unattended at your request
