Delivery Policy — Sumptuous Frozen Meals

We deliver frozen meals within our local service area.

1. Delivery Area

1a. Minimum Order for Free Delivery  

• Customers located within a 5–10 mile radius of Chinnor qualify for free delivery when ordering a minimum of three meals. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a small delivery charge, which will be confirmed at checkout or upon ordering.

2. Delivery Times

• Delivery times are arranged individually.

• We will always confirm a delivery window with you.

• If we are delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Delivery Requirements

• Someone must be available to receive the delivery.

• Meals must be placed in a freezer immediately upon arrival.

• We cannot leave frozen meals unattended unless you explicitly request it (at your own risk).

4. Delivery Fees

Any delivery fees will be clearly communicated before confirming your order.
